We use products of Italian excellence, such as the bread produced of the ancient grain of Tumminia; the rice of Sibari; the pasta of the renown Mancini Agricultural Pasta Factory that follows the "good agricultural practice"; the authentic pistachio of Bronte D.O.P.; the celebrated almonds of Avola; the coveted truffle of Iblei, the fragrant BIO oil from the Cavasecca district and many other culinary wonders!

Our menu offers new surprises every day; we respect nature and that which it offers us daily. Everything is made by us: desserts, vegan cheeses, marmelades, pestos. Don't come in if you are in a hurry, we are not fast food as every dish is created and composed when it is ordered. We offer you an experience in which taste goes hand in hand with well-being and with the wholesomeness of the food. We choose to use organic ingredients and source from companies with high ethical principles, who respect nature and tradition in their production techniques.

MOON's kitchen is made for curious and careful palates. If you are attracted by local products, if you want to eat foods that do not have labels to read or you want to try new things and genuine flavors, if you want to eat lightly or if you have food intolerances, if you love healthy food, if you want to feed your children nutritious and simple things, if you love experiments and colors (and not synthetic coloring).
